IGNITE! Year 2: From Inspiration to Implementation

Last year, IGNITE! introduced a reorganization of Secondary Transition guidance and team support across Colorado. In Year 2, we move from inspiration to implementation to take a closer look at our practices, strengthening collaboration, and turn ideas into meaningful action.

Through Insight, Growth, Navigation, Innovation, Teamwork, and Execution, teams will examine programming and data, strengthen knowledge and leadership, address barriers, align partnerships, and redesign goals and strategies that support successful postsecondary outcomes.

Join us as we learn together, strengthen regional partnerships, and continue moving Secondary Transition forward for our students with disabilities across Colorado.
